Olivia Smikle from Manchester grew up on the rural farm lands of Jamaica. Which allowed Olivia to appreciate her love for her family, nature, and the community.

During her teenage years, she knew her dream job was to serve the community as a police officer. Since then she has accomplished this dream by representing the 15% of women working in law enforcement. Olivia being a strong believer in self growth and having a part to play in society has led her on a path to help women through her work and experience who are faced with domestic abuse, human trafficking, and violence.

Once Olivia left the police force her path has guided her on a entrepreneurial journey of co-managing a trucking corporation and leading her foundation on providing financial and educational support to youth.

In her spare time you can find her playing netball and taking nature walks.
